My name is Andy Smith, I live in south central pennsylvania.  I started A + J Custom Calls in 2006.  My primary focus is making Custom friction pot turkey calls and strikers.  I use various domestic an exotic woods in my calls and strikers.  Feel free to look around at some of my calls and strikers.  Again, thanks for visiting,,,Andy

All my calls and strikers  are 100% hand turned and finished by myself.  The playing surface is 3 1/4", I use slate,aluminum and glass surfaces and mostly glass sound boards.  All of my wood comes from Groff & Groff lumber in Lancaster Pa.  As a turkey hunter and call maker, I take great pride in producing my calls and strikers that not only look great, but also sound great as well.  I stand behind my calls and strikers in workmenship and quality, and I will make right or refund any purchases if a customer is not completely satisfied with a call or striker.
